Cannot buy service using Chrome and Paypal

When I click through the buying process I get to the payment screen, which defaults to credit/debit card details. If I instead choose Paypal, the button to pay disappears. I updated Chrome but it persists. Its a shame, because I'd really like to try fiverr services but I only want to use Paypal. Is there a fix?

By the lack of response, it appears I'm the only one that has this problem?

Most of the Fiverr Forum users are sellers and may not have any experience with this issue. 

I buy and sell on Fiverr, and I have PayPal set as my default payment. I have not had any issues with using it.
