Fiverr payment and total price not match

I just finish an order, and the total was 400 usd, but in my earning page

it says 320, why is that? is it the service fee?


Also does anyone know fiverr usd exchange rate?
400 should be round 6.300.000 IDR or 33.000 INR but on my client dashboard it says 38.000 INR, it's strange

Yes, Fiverr takes 20% of the gig's total price. This applies to both sides: the buyer has to pay 20% more than the gig price, and as the seller, you receive 20% less from the gig price.

Yes, Fiverr charges a 20% service fee since it provides an excellent marketplace for doing business!
