Do you have a Zoom Call option in Inbox or Order Page with this buyer? If not, then you are not allowed or safe to conduct a Zoom Call.

Yes, there is a Zoom call feature available in both the inbox and order page.

If you need to hold a video call with a buyer, please use the Zoom feature on your Order Page to stay within our Terms of Service. Anything conducted off the platform will be a violation.
