why my gigs are not qualified for promotion?

what is the criteria for qualifying for promoting gig, my gigs is not promoted from last few month's due to which I am not getting any orders. neither my gig is in search result. nothing is working for me. My account is almost died due to fiverr updates.

You need to be a level-1,2 TopRated seller with 20 reviews for the GIG 4.7 average rating.

I am level 2 seller with 5stars rating and 106reviews but still everything just gone down suddenly few month's back and now nothing is working for me.

Probably you have not met additional quality metrics yet (may be your BSR is low). 

You have 4.9* reviews (average) not 5*.

If you have positive public reviews then it does not mean that you have positive private reviews too. You might have been negative private reviews too. So wait for the right time.

I don't think so my client's give me negative feedback privately except few of them because I provides support until they are completely satisfied. About my other ratings such as order completion etc everything is perfect 100%. this was just happened few months ago when fiverr did some changes after those changes I felt like my gigs are going down day by day even I made changes but nothing worked for me. I asked fiverr CS they told me there are some internal factors, about which they can't give me any details. Now I don't know what are those factor's.

This is what I said. It's actually your BSR, Private Reviews, Performance Scores etc. which are not good enough to be qualified for gig promotion feature.

How do you know this? You have no idea about it unless you have asked your Success Manager (if you are a Premium Seller Plus Member).
