Your gigs are actually under-effect of 3* public review and a negative private review too. Your BSR and performance scores are dropped.

If your clicks are not increasing then it means you need to optimize your gigs further i.e. improve ypur gig galleries. Also, try to improve your services snd make your buyers happy via quality work.
