all gigs impression down near 100,also not visible in search option

hello i work on 3d animation.

anyone can guide on it,suddenly from 15days,this happening.

.i contact to customer care,they replied and asked to work with exit orders..

after this issue,any orders would not come anymore.

i did following steps:-

1:-contact to cutomer care for any bugs,no soluton

2:-i used promoted option for 1gig,issue is total 4gis are not visible in search options

3:-i tried to edit keywords,titles,descriptions etc.

4:-even i finished all orders this month with best feedback,no issue on it.

anyone can give best solution on it?

Main reason is the following review which you have received 3 months ago:

That buyer might have given you not a good private review that has affected your impressions and clicks + your gigs might have been pushed back in the search results. It will take some time i.e. 3 - 6 months to get recovered from those reviews.

Also, Fiverr Support has nothing to do with it. It's all about your gigs performance. 

I can see that you are getting orders these days so just focus on delivering quality services. Hopefully, things will be back to track soon in 3- 6 months.
