Is this legal to remove watermark for images on Fiverr?

Is this legal to remove watermark images if a client makes an offer to remove the watermark for the images he sent?

A buyer placed an order for remove watermark on images and right after next minute I realize that this was not appropriate so I immediately sent the cancellation request from resolution center and asked the buyer to accept cancellation request and he accepted and the order for canceled. 
I want to know is this okay or am I in any trouble? 
I don’t want any trouble and I sent the cancellation request right next minute.
