There is no way to know. There is such a thing as private feedback, and I don't know if anyone here can say how a negative private review could impact your ranking. Keep focused on doing your best and that's all anyone can do.

Some clients are like that, they leave without giving a rating... but you can message them and remind them that, your feedback is essential for me.
