Fiverr messages and order notifications are not coming to my email.

For the past two months, I am not receiving Fiver Massage and order notifications through my email. With one or two exceptions where I get notifications but 95% of the time I don't get emails.
I keep my Fiverr profile logged in and work in other tabs or other software. And I check the profile every 10-20 minutes. But sometimes I don't notice even after 1/2 hour.
So getting an Email notification will definitely help me to maintain my response Time. So, Is it possible to solve this problem?

Note: I only get Fiverr notifications through my email. This means I didn't link other websites with my email.
There is no problem with the Fiverr community or forum email notification, I am getting them regularly.

I checked them. They are not in spam mail.
