Account balance removed.

Hey, I'm new using to fiverr, and this is my first time I did an cancellation on a order, seller accepted it. The balanced poped up for a second, after few minutes the balance is gone back to 0. So I'm wondering why this happened? Seller clearly accepted the cancellation and now my balance is back to zero? I haven't used any balance at all. Is this a bug or what is this? Any help & responses are appreciated.

I'm only a buyer, not a seller.

I think it's a good idea to ask customer support about this, if you can't see the balance anywhere.

I did, waiting for an answer... how long does it take to get an response from the customer support?

It depends, it can be a few hours or even a day, sometimes more. But they will reply to you, it depends on the workload.
