Refund from canceled orders

Hello everyone, I have one question I canceled my order and seller accepted it, after that I received money on my fiver balance, after requesting refund, my balance is gone and I have question about it. it will receive on my credit card? and how much time does it needs? I linked card for replenish balance. I did not have any options to choose refund method, I just clicked green request button and my balance is gone
