Show offline

I am active at least enough hours. But sometimes it shows offline even when i am online. Please can anyone tell me why?

In most cases, refreshing the page can help. Have you tried that?

I refresh every 5 minutes. But still it shows offline.

After some time you should show your activity on fiverr. You will then no longer be seen offline.
