fiverr agency?

I see a fiverr blog where 2 person made agency by hiring local people as employees to handle the high work load.

So i was just wondering that is it allowed on fiver to get the orders and complete them with the help of local employees?

If allowed then what is the process on fiverr like is there nay agency option on fiverr?

if not allowed then what could be the reaon?

As far as I know, From an individual seller account the seller should do the work and there's something called Fiverr team account where you can invite people to join your team and collaborate.
