Fiverr Pro Upload Supporting Documentation

Can anyone help me with what "Upload Supporting Documentation" is?

It's not an "issue". Fiverr want you to prove that you're an actual professional by having you upload documentation showing that. Fiverr only lets in 1% of applicants, according to themselves, so it better be good. 🙂
