Has anyone been recruited by Cimic? I don't know if it is a spam bot?? I was contacted by parsonw1121. They asked me to let them send an offer letter to my email. Is that shady?

everything must take place in the Fiverr chat, so ask the customer to continue the proposal in the chat, so you won't have any problems with  scam people and you won't violate the Fiverr TOS.
