Should I make one gig for multiple subjects? Does pausing any gig affect the ranking?

I want to make tutoring gig for physics, chemsitry, math and a few languages. Should I put multiple subjects in one gig or make multiple gigs like one for math, one for physics and chemistry and one for language? I can make 7 gigs at most and multiple gigs are difficult to manage, so I would prefer everything in one gig. If I put everything in one gig, then it will be difficult to categorise them. In that case, buyer may search gig in different category.

 

Does pausing any gig affect the ranking of that gig? I had paused one gig for a short period of time. Then I published the gig again. Now, I feel as if the ranking of that gig is affected due to that.
