How do I extend delivery time these days?

I'm on the last day of my commission. I go to the resolution center to request extending the delivery time, and it only gives me the option to cancel the order. Is there some new way to ask for an extension? Thanks.

Hi, You can do it a simple way, First, you have to go the order page then you able to see there an "extend delivery date" option. Click and send it.
