Is there a way for a client to add funds after they made the purchase?

Hi, we do graphic design and mascot illustrations gigs. Sometimes we have clients that either want additional work done after the order has been placed or they want to add a gratuity. I have not purchased a gig on fiverr for about 2 years so i don’t know how to direct them. Is this something that can be done? and if not how are you guys handling issues like this?

They can add extras right from the order page as long as it hasn’t been marked complete. There is no gratuity button, unless you add it as an extra or have a separate gig for one.
