gracesheng Posted June 30, 2014 Share Posted June 30, 2014 I joined Fiverr about a year ago and back then, they were still using Zendesk for their customer support. I took a few months off and it seems they now use an internal service. Back then, they had a category to request a feature and it did help me quite a bit.
