I opened my account in 2017 but not start any work. I started full time with work experience from July 2022 but still not getting work. In that case, this old account can be found? Looking forward to the opinion of the experienced.

No, you can keep using the same account. But make sure the gigs are of top quality (eye-catching gig thumbnail and attractive, descriptive gig description with the relevant keywords).

Try to be online always and try to get external traffic to your gig then it will help to rank your gig. 

Research your gig category and create a competitive gig and post a competitive price to get a few orders then you can build from there.
