Buyer is sending me cancellation request again and again and I am declining again and again I put the case to fiverr as well whatever the details are. But here I want to ask buyer is telling me that after every cancellation request decline from my side stars are reducing and I am at 1 star now if I will again reject the cancellation, the order will be cancelled automatically, is it true or order will not be cancelled until I accept request or fiverr support cancel it?

Only after completing an order , the buyer can leave a feedback . If the buyer's reason is valid and you are not accepting the request , he can contact the customer support and cancel the order. But if your reason for declining the request is valid , you can contact customer support and let them know the issue.
