Will money refunded from canceled orders be 100% refunded?

If I as a seller cancel a buyer's order, will the money that the buyer has paid to fiverr be returned 100%? Without charges?

And vice versa, if I as a buyer cancel my order, will my money be refunded 100% to me? Without charges?

Starting with 2019, the service fee is also refunded to buyers.

Yes, including the service fee. I am not a buyer so I can't 100% confirm this, but the rules are clear.
