Upgrade SEO Option not showing

I created a new gig but I do not see any upgrade SEO Option here. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

That option is not available to everyone.

This option isn't available right now. I was also published my gig last month and I didn't see the SEO title option. Don't worry about the SEO Title option.
