Re use flickr account in new fiverr account, Is it okay or violence of rules ?

If a old flickr account which was use other fiverr account , Thos fiverr account was band now. Then the old flickr can we use in new fiverr account ?

If your previous account was disabled and you create another account it will only be a matter of time before this account is disabled also.
