Order acceptance process

is there anyone who can give me some tips on orders acceptance process. i got messages from some buyers, whats the next process.

They can place an order through your gigs for the correct package or you BBC an send them a custom offer that they need to accept

It’s simple when a buyer gets touch with you just invite him to place an order to you gig.
Most of buyers hesitate to place an order to new sellers just reassure him that you’ll do your best to satisfy him.  Communication is the key of success.
