Deadlines for orders with revisions without instructions

I currently have an order which was delivered in time. Buyer requested a revision but without providing any instructions, stating merely he needs more time to review the delivery. I still have 7 days left on the order and I am currently waiting for buyer's feedback in order to revise. What happens to my stats if the buyer does not show up before these 7 days are over? Do I need to ask for an extension at any point? Anything else I need to be careful about?

I am aware that sellers must not resend the original file, even if no revision instructions are given. We are supposed to try to communicate with the buyer. I also read that delivered orders can remain in revision indefinitely.

If the order is in revision mode you are fine. The order can be in revision mode for months and it won't affect your stats. If you delivered on time, that's the metric that matters.
