Struggling in Level 1

Hi, after getting promoted to Level 1 I am having 1.5k buyer requests. But maximum of those are not my type specifically! Those are kinda very low-quality, spam requests. I hardly bid a couple of requests. That's the reason my gigs are going down and down. How to overcome this situation? It seems I wanna get demoted!
