Choosing wrong subcategory cound cause issue or remove my gig in future?

I want to open a gig service related "User Testing" but also want to offer fix some error in a package. I want to review only WordPress related website, not any kinds of. So I was thinking to choose put my gig subcategory under "E-Commerce Development" rather then choosing "User Testing". May be I can mention I will review only WordPress eCommerce website and will fix them?

Reasons behind

1. I already have another gig under same category and was thinking it might help me to get repeating badge
2. I will not offer test but also fix issues in a package so no perfect gig subcategory match with my service.

My worry is if near future when my gig will get rank and marketplace may remove or deny my gig just  saying it's in wrong subcategory.
