Buyer not responding

Question

Hello

I sent a buyer logo concepts to choose, but he is offline. I requested ‘extend delivery time’ but he is still offline and my order has been reclassified as a late order, so what can I do now? I know that if I will deliver the order this will damage my stats right?

Hey, most of us been there , unfortunately you'll need to wait for him to come back online then Accept the Extension request , but in the main time contact Customer Support .
Since it's a Logo , did you used the deliver button to allow him to choose between ? if yes then you don't need to worry and wait for him . if not then it should be a preview file , right ? 
All you've to do currently is wait and contact Customer Support .
