I had graphics made a year or so ago, and they seem to be gone

I need help, II had graphics made for me by a provider over a year ago, and they seem gone. Can I get them back??

Did you not download it at the time? Have you lost the graphics from all your devices you saved it to? If they were deleted from your devices recently/before much other changes you might be able to restore them with some software.

If you don't have a copy you could contact the seller and see if they still have it (or if they still have the source they can re-render it with).

and see if they can help.
