Order requirement issues

I have an order accepted by a buyer a few hours later buyer says she doesn't need the job to which the order was placed...Now there is an order in place because I can't accept orders cancellation due to the consequences of order cancellation... The order is laying down there waiting for buyers requirements I hope this won't affect my account and how can I resolve this?

1st Ask buyer why he want to cancel it.  Then take this conversation screenshot and Contact with fiverr support,  Hope support team will help you and they will fix  it

I always contact CS in cases like this. They deal with it, and it has never affected my ratings.

this issue is arrive sometimes.  no worry, 1st Ask buyer why he want to cancel it.  Then take this conversation screenshot and Contact with fiverr support,  Hope support team will help you and they will fix  it
