Fiver WorkSpace

Question

🙂  Hi everyone.  I can't sync my PayPal account with Fiverr Workspace.  When I entered my credentials in the Transactions: Automate Expense Tracking Page, it displayed a message saying, "Cannot sync because your PayPal account uses multi-tracking" or something like that.  I use an authenticator app, but what does it mean by multi-tracking?  Do I even need to to this? I'm confused.  I only navigated somewhere within this section just to make sure I have everything set up right.  Also, do I need to do anything else that is required on Fiverr Workspace?  Please, let me know if you have a solution for this problem.  Thank you.
