Hello fellow sellers,

How are you all?

Here is my story. I was doing great work and delivering order on-time, No cancellation at all, Completing orders 1 by 1 and even 3-4 orders in a week, Never did anything, Never spammed any client, Never abused. All ratings 5+ for the orders i have completed but suddenly one day I noticed that my gig is dropping on a very fast rate for no reason like i can understand if I have done something wrong but nothing.

Now people will say that its the algorithm etc I have read many things, Contacted the support 20 times now I think.

- First of all I want to know if I have not done anything wrong why the de-ranked my gig?

- If de-ranked I have tried to stay calm for over 3+ months (is this less time then usual)?
- Few of my old clients still doing orders on fiverr like 1-3 orders per month. (still delivering at promised time, Doing good work) but still the gig de-ranked (Even they said d othe orders, maintain rating and etc)
- There are 2 to 3 peoples who copied my gig and they are on top? like how is that possible they have copied each and everything from my gig and changed just a little like a litte. I have written gig from my own experience and my knowledge and they have copied it.
-- they are using the same tags as mine, same topic as mine, Almost same as description then why they are on top and i got de-ranked?

Edit: I had the trophy of "Buyers keep Returning"

Because my clients used to work with me for months and they come to me always but still de-ranked???

Please anyone can help?

Don't know what the solution is! But it's the fiver algorithm. Up & down. Don't worry. Keep working up. Everything will be okay soon.

Trying that and hoping that it will be normal again, Sharing on social media extra does not help for orders instead it just creates the spam.

Waiting though.

Why me?
I have been working as SMM since 2014 and have a lot of experience now I have started giving services here as a freelancer.

The above is from your gig "Promote your project on Social Media"!

In the marketplace, a Gig's position is based on the seller’s performance over a set period. Gig positions are not permanent and can rotate daily.

There are many factors to take into consideration, some of which may include:

  • Order cancellations
  • Delivery rate
  • Responsiveness
  • The particular Gig’s maximum number of active orders in the queue, as based on your seller level.
  • Other Gigs performing at a higher rate.

If other sellers are ranked higher, they may be consistently getting 5-star feedback, delivering on time, communicating quicker, and so on. It all counts. For this reason, ensure that you provide high-quality and original work, avoid late deliveries and cancellations, are responsive, and always remain professional.

The above is from the Help Centre.
