Is there any fee for withdraw?

I hope you guys are well and happy.

Recently i make a withdraw. And here have they get 3 dollar fees. Is it from fiverr or payoneer?

Can you guys share the experience about this fee?

Nope but when the money transfer to the Payoneer (I use Payoneer to withdraw) and then you have to withdraw from there and then Payoneer will cut 3$ as money transfer charge

Recently there is fee for using payoneer!
