Requirements meta data options count should be between 2 and 10

I'm trying to create a gig (and have spent a lot of time to get everything ready up to this point). I am currently stuck on the "4. requirements" page and cannot move on to "5. Gallery" every time I try to continue I get a red error bar at the top of the page displaying "Requirements meta data options count should be between 2 and 10"  .I can navigate to any of the previous set up pages and when i click save and continue or save & preview i get the same error on every page. Help please!
