Message stats error anyone having this problem

I have the fiverr app which is on all the time and i have noticed a serious problem. When i am replying on my desk top it is showing on my app as not replying even though i can see the messages. I should have a responce rate of around 98% but my stats are showing me 91% which is not right. I have contacted fiverr about this and they are saying there are no problems.

 

There must be a problem as i respond within an hour of all messages. I would like to know if anyone else is having this problem
