Why buyers are able to download, in this case the video before even accepting the order?

Well they have to check the delivery to make sure it's what they want and see if you completed the order accurately and as described right? If you delivered the order and the buyer doesn't accept it (without providing revision requests but they're just not clicking the 'accept delivery' button), don't worry! The order will auto-complete within 3 days and you'll still receive your money 🙂

you delivered, but buyer doesn't accepted . if you're worried about that, no worries, this deliver will automatically approved if buyer not accept between 3days

I know, but what if buyer wants to cancel? It happened to me few months ago, buyer cancelled the order then posted the video without watermark on his youtube channel, I reported that and the video got deleted.

It would be odd to accept a delivery even if you weren't able to assess the work quality. In logos there is a watermark generated by Fiverr, I'm not sure if its the same with videos.
