Got ordered but not response from buyer side

I have got first ordered with 24 hours delivery times but I am not get not get any response from buyer side within 24 hours.  I have requested for time extended to the  buyer he accepted but he doesn't reply me, in this case what should I do?

Note: He just seen my message after every 12 hours.

It's remote job to fix his windows driver issues! I need his computer access to do the job but he doesn't give access and not response at his side.

then you have to wait, and tell the buyer to extend the delivery time 2 or 3 days if he/she need more time to give you access.
