Buyer hasn't provided all the requirements

So the buyer submitted half the requirements for the order in the beginning and after a conversation they told me that they will submit the other part after a while and I was cool with it. The deadline is coming up in a few hours and I ended up sending a request for an extension since the requirements weren't fully there. However fiverr still says that the order is "in progress". Does this mean it will get marked as late?

For extension requests, the buyer also needs to accept. They have 48 hours to respond.
