Sellers don't answer their e-mails

Just move on. It would be like walking in a store and there are no sales clerks to help you. What do you do, move on. The fact they don’t answer should tell you the type of service they offer just like walking in a store and you can’t find anyone to help you.

There may be one exception and that is a glitch. I can’t tell you how many problems I have to report to CS for message glitches. I’m always surprised when I log in to find out I have a message and Fiverr never sent me a notification that someone sent me a message, but it happens more than I like. I don’t think the messaging system on Fiverr is as good as it was on the old Fiverr (I never had any problems on the old Fiverr), but it is what it is.
