My ''Promoted Gig'' has been off from 1 month ago. Anyone can help me please, How can I again on it without automatical process?

😭 My Promoted Gig has been off from 1 month ago. I contacted with support team. They told me that, It's automatically process. It will again open automatically. But I can see that it isn't open from 1 monthe ago. I used this feature from many month  ago. But 1st time, I faced this type of problem. 

😩 Now, I only take the order from my parmanent clients. But it's not beneficial as much as I got with promoted feature. Also, My all gigs are getting down after off the promoted option. 

🙏 So, Pleeease help me. How can I again on it without automatical process?
