Flagged for not original image

Hey! one of my gigs was flagged for  "Your Gig requires modification - NOT AN ORIGINAL IMAGE OR DESIGN (DESIGNERS)" even though it is my image and design.

I used to have other Fiverr accounts as I tried to work with other people but it never worked out, and now I finally opened my own one. I am guessing maybe the photo I made was also used in one of my other 'used to be' accounts. 

I'll show you any proof if you need it, I can even sign to the account the images are on.
