Decline in buyer request, impression etc

Hello before now I have been having more other , great impression and clickd, unfortunately, not until I cancel and order after too late to delivered due to much variation from the buyer. Since then,  Buyer request on mine account suddenly decline, I've been online all days, my impression decline drastically even my clicks also decline. I have been sharing via social media . at this point I don't know what to do again please, I've not been seeing buyers request again for one month now, unlike before, what is happening to my account
