Will an order still be marked as late, if the buyer provided only partial information and more details are needed to accomplish the task and not responding or accepting the delivery time extension request?

Officially there is only 12 hours left in an ongoing order and the buyer neither accepted the delivery time extension request nor provided the full information to complete the task.

If the time has started, then yes, it will be late. Not only that, but if it becomes very late, the buyer can cancel which will leave an automatic one-star on your gig.
