Hey fiver Community.
I completed an order last week buyer was happy even gave me tip. Then after 2 days he start complaining that his site broke though I explained him that changes he made are not implemented the right way and if he do so it'll work and that has nothing to do with optimization still he inisist then I asked him to brief me about what was broken but he said that he added extra work to make site work and ask me to refund and all. This is 1st time something like this happened and client is not listening so what Should I do except for cancelling? I know that in our conversations of fiver support check he's totally vague about what is wrong but still I fear at end fiver will cancel and that'll have a negative impacts so other option is mutual cancellation... Is there any other option?
