I didn't get my payoner card yet. Can i withdraw mony using my friends card?

If you have a Payoneer account, you add your bank account in the settings. This way, once you withdraw from Fiverr to your Payonner account, you can easily use the "Withdraw to bank account" feature on Payoneer to get your funds deposited. You really don't need the Payoneer card as it comes with several maintenance fees that will drive you crazy.
