Trouble to change phone number

I have trouble to change my phone number I already send my document in support section but unable to change my phone number till now.Actually I forget my security question but customer support not help me.17 days already passed.

You can, of course, contact our Customer Support again and ask them to remove the security question, as long as you provide the correct information.
