Meet buyer to clarify the project

Hope all are well. I’m a new seller of Fiverr. My gig does not appear on search. Isn’t my gig live yet? And my gig is related to data visualization. Sometimes need to meet or zoom call to buyers to clarify the project, as some people do not know how to brief the project clearly. For this situation, what should I do? When I start work I need access to their data sheet and customer need my gmail address. How can I provide gmail address and for transfer ownership of the project, I also need customers gmail. This situation, how can I handle? Let me know, please 🙏
