Promoted gigs not working | May 2021

Hello all professionals, I hope you all doing well in the current pandemic covid 19 situation

I need your’s help to figure out why promoted gigs are not working?

It’s been two weeks since I have promoted my one gig and now recently promoted one more gig, but I cannot get any impression and clicks on those gigs.

I went to support and they said put higher bid and then you will be able to win ad spot, then I tried to put a maximum bid even 3, 4 times higher than Fiverr suggested.

The maximum bid for a gig that I can put is 3$ not more than this otherwise it gives an error when saving the gig.

Can you please suggest to me what should I do to fix this issue? Thanks for your time.
