Incomplete order fee

A buyer ordered a $25 gig from me but $5 is what is shown when I reviewed the order.
From the email I received about the order, the price was set as $25 but the total is $5.

That’s like paying me 20% as commission

This has not been the case since I’ve been receiving orders.

What might have caused this? Does Fiverr charge extra fees aside from the 20% commission they get?

There is a known visualisation error pertaining earnings on the order page, and also Fiverr sometimes splits payments, not only just for tips. Peruse through the earnings page first and contact CS if you really can’t see anything. Or:

it could be that the buyer tipped you 5$ and it’s showing that at the moment.
